EXCHANGE
- We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Dhanak offers free pickup for the exchange.
- The exchange will happen only once..
- We have no exchange policy for international orders.
- We have no exchange policy for Pre-Order Items as these products are especially manufactured once we receive the order confirmation from the customer.
- Dhanak provides garment length alteration service at no cost. You do not have to pay for this service. Orders placed along with alteration service are not eligible for exchange policy.
RETURNS
- Dhanak do not offer monetary refunds (bank transfer/ Cash redeem ) on returns as a company policy.
- Refunds are processed only in the form of store credit notes.
- We offer returns within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the same.
- On approval your refund will be processed through a store credit note for the equivalent amount that can be redeemed on your next purchase.
- Failing to meet the inspection standards, on rejection the product will be not accepted and it will be returned back to you at your expense.

- Sale Items are not eligible for exchange or returns. Exchange is only allowed if product has a problem or defect.
